About Me

I am a third grade teacher at Pleasantville Elementary School. I was very fortunate to join the Pleasantville staff two years ago after teaching for two years at Carrie Downie Elementary. Prior to entering the field of teaching, I worked as a social worker for Family Services in New Castle County. However, I always knew that I wanted to be a teacher, so I enrolled at Wilmington College where I obtained a master’s degree in elementary education. I feel extremely fortunate to be a part of the Pleasantville staff and love coming to work each day to see the students in room 2!
